We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our Group Finance team, which is responsible for monitoring the financial performance of Business Information division.This person will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of costs that impact Business Information profitability.As the point of contact for all cost-related matters, including product costs, this person will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and transparency of costs.Main Responsibilities1. Budgeting, forecasting & business planningLead monthly / quarterly closing and annual budget planning in a timely and accurate mannerMonitor actuals versus plan, analyze deviations and their drivers and recommend measures to ensure plan achievementDevelop financial targets and recommendations within the strategic and operational planning and forecasting process2. P&L ownership (bottom line)Monitor and analyze all cost lines of the P&L, including intercompany rechargesEnsure accurate tracking of actuals vs. budget vs. forecastProvide clear explanations of variances, trends, and underlying drivers3. Cost & margin analysis Develop and maintain detailed production cost models (unit costs, cost per product, etc.)Identify cost drivers, optimize levers and efficiency gainsProvide consolidated analysis of profitability and margins for customers and products4. Transfer price monitoring Manage global transfer price monitoring and ensure transparencyWork closely with operational teams to understand processes, volumes, and cost drivers5. Process & control improvementStrengthen cost control processes, financial governance, and internal controlsImprove data quality and automation where possibleContribute to continuous improvement of Finance tools, methodologies, and best practices

Profile & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field5+ years of experience in management control, financial controlling, or FP&AStrong exposure to cost controlling, ideally in financial servicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insightsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProactive, structured, autonomous, and resultsoriented mindsetProven experience managing and analyzing complex P&LsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with BI tools is a strong assetExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior and nonfinancial stakeholders
